2025 Annual Registration

Patterson Harbor Marina Customers,

We hope you have enjoyed your time at Patterson Harbor Marina over the past year. As we approach the new season, it is time to register your annual service(s) for the 2025 season. Below are crucial dates to keep in mind during the annual registration period:

Deposit Date: February 10th, 2025
Due Date: March 1st, 2025

All due dates are by 5:00 PM on the date listed and are not acceptable as postmark dates.

To secure your annual service for the upcoming year, please review the annual rates and ensure appropriate payments are made by the established due dates. All annual rates are listed on your invoice, and we kindly ask that you not alter any annual pricing without prior written approval from a member of our management team. We are here to assist you with the registration process and encourage you to reach out with any questions during our regular business hours.

Each annual service includes a separate admin fee associated with processing your annual service by credit card. These admin fees are listed as a separate line item after each annual service and may be deducted from your total due if paying by ACH bank transfer or check delivered to our P.O. Box listed on your invoice. If you elect to make an e-payment, please note that you will show a balance due following your payment. This amount should match the total of the admin fees listed on your invoice and will be manually deducted once your payment has been processed and reviewed for accuracy. Until that time, you will show a remaining balance owed upon making a successful e-payment. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need assistance or clarification with the total amount due by e-payment or check.

Please note, PHM offers a secure online payment portal with all registration invoices, which autogenerate a payment confirmation email upon successful receipt of your e-payment. This email confirmation is sent to you as the payee and to our support staff upon successful e-payment, so there is no need to forward your email confirmation upon receipt.

Important Notice - Payments by Mail:

It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment. If you are mailing your payment, please track your mail to confirm it arrives on time. Patterson Harbor Marina is not responsible for any delays caused by postal services.

Important Notice (2) - Online Payment:

Please do not use the Marina Go customer portal for annual registration payments. While customers with Marina Go access may find their annual registration invoice within their customer portal/dashboard, the Marina Go system does not afford our customers the ability to alter the amount owed if you are paying by ACH bank transfer, resulting in an overpayment. For this reason, we recommend making annual registration e-payments using the "View and Pay" link included within this email. Utilizing the payment portal link within this email will allow you the opportunity to edit your payment amount prior to making your e-payments.

Payment amounts shown when you open the payment portal will default to the invoice total due. To alter the payment amount, select the "Edit" icon next to the amount due, which is shown at the top of the payment portal screen. If paying by ACH bank transfer, select the “Bank” tab and enter the correct bank information before submitting your payment. If paying by credit card, select the respective tab, and the default total shown when you open the payment portal will represent your total due by credit or debit card payment. Please note, we do not recommend paying by debit card as you can save the processing fees by paying utilizing the bank tab and entering your bank information, rather than processing your debit card. Unfortunately, all debit card payments are processed as credit transactions online and carry the same processing fee, which is why we recommend using the bank transfer option rather than processing your payment with your debit card.

Thank you for being a part of our marina community. Your online agreements for each annual service will be generated in a separate email. Each agreement issued is accessible for review and e-signature within that email via the included link. If you have decided not to renew an annual service or services, we simply ask that you email us your cancellation notice and we will make the appropriate adjustments to your account and inform you of any closing balances. Please do not miss the established deadlines as we have a number of customers seeking annual services this season and they are simply waiting for us to contact them once the deposit due date has passed. We cannot guarantee annual service registration if these payment deadlines are missed and kindly ask that you take the time to complete the registration process before the established due dates to avoid unnecessary late fees or the potential loss of your annual service.

Please note, as our children have aged, we are very involved with school sports this time of year, I kindly ask that you respect the office hours included in this email, should you need to reach me for assistance.
