Patterson Harbor Marina offers dry storage facilities for all types of watercraft and sizes up to 30 feet. With our largest building measuring 75 foot wide and 15,000 total square foot of storage space, we can accommodate large watercraft with a door that is 20 feet wide and 14 feet tall. We also have three additional buildings for boats less than 24 feet in length.
Our dry storage program offers you a space in our building for your registered boat, with a complimentary launch and load each week from April 1st to the last day of September, each season. While on the water, PHM offers all dry storage customers a complimentary slip, allowing you to stay on the water for the duration of your stay. Once you have completed your time on the water, dry storage customers simply enter their load request in our phone app in order to notify our professional boat handling team of your departure. From that point, our team of boat handlers will complete the load process and store your boat until your next visit. Additional services are available for a fee.
