Patterson Harbor Marina (PHM) is a golf cart community. ATVs and UTVs are not to be driven on the grounds. All golf carts operated at PHM must be registered, insured, and have paid all applicable use fees. Anyone operating a golf cart on PHM property without having successfully completed the registration and payment process, will be subject to all available remedies, including removal from PHM property.
Golf cart permits and registration is available at the marina during normal business hours. You may pre-register your golf cart by emailing [email protected] or by contacting us on our text feature available on our homepage. Please use the “General Contact” department when contacting us regarding golf carts. We are sorry, but PHM does not rent golf carts on-site and only welcomes the registration and use of outside golf carts.
